Production Supervisor

Job Description

This Company seeks an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to maintain a high level of productivity and continuous improvement in the areas of safety, cost savings, and personnel management. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and supervisory coordination in all aspects of production.

Required Qualifications

·                     Excellent communication skills

·                     Strong team-building skills

·                     Ability to meet production needs of a 24 hour/365 days   operation

·                     Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision

·                     Good computer skills in Excel and Word

·                     College degree in Food Science or related field, or comparable experience

Desired Qualifications

Dairy industry background preferred.
